General information regarding the web shop closure

  • Why is the web shop closed?

    • Our web shop is moving and we therefore cannot accept any orders from the 27th of January until the 1st of February. Afterwards we will of course continue with phenomenal beats and unforgettable sound experiences! All our other services are available to you as always. Thank you for your understanding.

  • How can I contact the customer service?

  • When can I order again?

    • From the 1st of February our store is open again and we can take your order.
      Please note that your order will not be dispatched before the 7th of February.

  • When will my order arrive?

    • Orders received on or after February 1 will be shipped on or after February 7.
      When your order leaves the warehouse, a tracking link will be send to you.

  • What is changing for me?

    • For you, nothing changes in the ordering process or the quality of the goods. Our warehouse is temporarily closed as the Sennheiser Consumer Audio Gmbh will become part of the Swiss Sonova AG and some arrangements will be made here.
