Please use this form to contact our support teams, or to submit a request to return a product for repair.
  • When you select “Repair Request” your details will be submitted to the repairs team and you will automatically receive a confirmation email of the next steps for the repair process
    (you may add more than one product to a repair request)
  • When you select any other request type, you are submitting a ticket to our support teams. You will receive a case reference and then be contacted by our support teams as soon as possible.

    Please provide any relevant details relating to your request. For repairs please include a detailed fault description. If you have a trade account with Sennheiser please include your account number.
